The information you provide (Name, Hotel, Room Number) is securely shared ONLY with your dedicated Airy local representative and the specific tour operator conducting your excursion for pickup purposes. We never store credit cards, and we never sell your data to third parties.
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, contact information (WhatsApp number), and accommodation details (Hotel and Room Number) solely for organizing your excursion pickups and ensuring a seamless experience.
The information we collect is used strictly for operational purposes. It allows our local representatives to coordinate with you and enables our tour operators to arrange transportation from your hotel. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.
We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information. All communications containing booking details are transmitted securely. Since we operate on a pay-on-arrival model, we do not collect or store any financial or credit card information on our servers.
We strictly limit data sharing. Your booking details are securely transmitted directly to Sun Travel DMC to arrange your pickup and tour operations. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third parties.
We retain reservation details only for the duration of your holiday stay and the legally mandated operational and accounting periods required by Turkish tourism regulations (TÜRSAB). Once your tour is completed and the reconciliation window concludes, hotel room numbers and temporary contact tokens are archived and scheduled for systematic permanent purging.
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK Law No. 6698), you hold the right to access, rectify, or request immediate erasure of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten). You may also request restriction of processing or data portability at any time without fee.
Airy Tours uses strictly essential first-party storage to preserve your selected currency, interface language, holiday resort corridor, and active shopping cart. We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site trackers or sell behavioural advertising data to third-party ad networks.
